    Tell us the burial date, the service you need and how urgent it is. We'll confirm honestly whether we can meet your timeline.

    We share examples of our work, our package catalogue and the Data Template together.

    Booking

    We agree on the package, payment terms, deadlines and one authorised committee representative.

    Gather the story

    You send the completed template, photographs, eulogy, programme and tributes.

    First draft

    A full layout with colours, fonts and photo placement, on a deadline agreed for your project.

  6. 6

    Refine & consult

    We work through consolidated revisions and visit your committee in person at about 75–80% completion.

  7. 7

    Proof & deliver

    We check every name, date, caption and QR code, get your approval, then deliver the PDF and print-ready files.

Every package comes with a structured, multi-stage review, so nothing important gets missed.

ADesign & visual styling

3 presentations. First, a full layout draft. Then two rounds refining colour accents, framing, backgrounds and photo positions.

BText & content accuracy

3 stages. Two rounds of major content updates, then a final proofread for typos, dates, the spelling of Kikuyu and English names, and hymn verses.

COne family liaison

All feedback comes as one consolidated list through one committee member, so changes never conflict.

What we'll need from you

Our Eulogy Data Template walks your committee through everything step by step. You can fill it in by hand or digitally. If something isn't ready yet, mark it pending and we'll keep going.
